As an employer, you will need to comply with the labor laws of India, which regulate issues such as working hours, leave, wages, etc.
8. Comply with environmental laws
If your business is involved in any activity that could potentially impact the environment, you will need to obtain the necessary environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
9. Comply with tax laws
All businesses in India are required to pay taxes, and there are a number of tax laws that you will need to comply with. These include income tax, GST, TDS, etc.
10. Get insurance for your business
It is advisable to get insurance for your business, as it will protect you from any liability in case of accidents, damage, etc. You can get insurance for your business through any insurance company.
